Thank you for supporting our school, students, and community by donating to Picture This, the Little School Auction! It takes the generosity, resources, time and skills of many people working together to make the auction a success. Below are a variety of ways to get involved.


PROCUREMENT
ITEMS & EXPERIENCES: Do you have a vacation home or VRBO? Box seats or season tickets? Can you organize a group dinner or a behind the scenes tour? Have you looked through your wine cellar lately? Donations for the silent auction will be accepted through March 31, 2023. All proceeds raised from bidding benefit The Little School's operating budget.


CASH DONATIONS
UNDERWRITING: We’re planning some amazing TLS Exclusives and events! Funding these lowers ticket prices, supporting access and belonging, and helps us meet our fundraising goals.

PADDLE RAISE: At the live event we call on guests raise their paddles in support of TLS's commitment to financial aid, access and belonging. If you are unable to attend but would like to show your support of our mission, you can raise your paddle virtually. All contributions benefit financial aid and every dollar counts toward our $200,000 goal. Learn more more about The Little School's commitment to access belonging.

SPONSORSHIP: Becoming an event sponsor is a great way to showcase your business or family’s support of The Little School. Sponsorship helps offset costs so more of the money raised goes directly to our goals. Learn more about sponsorship opportunities.

EMPLOYER MATCHING: Many companies have charitable giving programs and will match employee donations, including volunteer hours. Find out if your company participates, submit your donations and double the impact of your contribution!


TIME
VOLUNTEER: Auction team can use your help, big or small! Donating your time and skills is a significant way to contribute to the auction! Through volunteering you build connections, lighten the workload and become part of making this magical event and all it supports possible. Reach out to the auction team at auction@thelittleschool.org with your interests and availability.

WHAT IS PROCUREMENT?
Procurement is the acquisition of items, experiences or services to be auctioned.
• Have a personal connection to a local business? Use the procurement letter to solicit a sponsorship or donation.
• Donate a stay at your vacation home, use of your box seats or other unique experiences or memberships.
• Purchase or curate a group experience to donate.
• Pool resources with friends to donate a larger item or plan a group experience.

WHAT TYPES OF ITEMS CAN I DONATE?
Our catalog wish list currently includes destination vacations, weekend getaways, private dinners or chef experiences, vintage wine and spirits, sports or entertainment packages and family-friendly memberships. We accept items at all price points and often combine donations to create a variety of packages. Ultimately, consider things you think the community would be excited to bid on.

DO I HAVE TO DONATE AN ITEM?
If you have something you’re excited to to donate, we’d love it, but there is no requirement! If you'd like to contribute financially, we are in need of donations to underwrite portions of some of our TLS exclusives.
